A renter-side apartment-search workspace. It imports and normalizes offers, compares real monthly and move-in costs, maps locations, tracks where each listing stands, and fills in missing or ambiguous details with a local LLM.

SCOUT

An internal automation framework used daily by a fifteen-person KYC team at ING Bank Śląski. It started as a VBA reporting layer over Cognos and grew into a multi-layer pipeline spanning VBA, Python and SQL, with browser automation and internal API integrations tying the pieces together.

• An Excel front-end pulls and formats data from Cognos reporting.
• Automation pipelines chain VBA, Python and SQL to move and reconcile records.
• Selenium-driven browser workflows and internal REST and SharePoint integrations remove manual steps.
• A Chrome extension pulls VAT data live, and part of the VBA layer has since moved into a structured C# service.

FAKTURNIK

A workstation for taking in Polish invoices, extracting and classifying them, then putting them in front of a human. Built around KSeF documents and local inference, and meant to be a controlling tool as much as an intake one, so cost, supplier and category views sit on top of the extracted data. An experimental prototype, currently paused.

• It parses and validates KSeF, collects candidate evidence and corrections, and keeps audit state and supplier memory.
• A deterministic layer sits alongside the local model, so the model is never the only source of truth.
• A React 19 and TypeScript review screen where a human approves, corrects and leaves an audit trail.
• The public demo runs three synthetic invoice scenarios — no free-form uploads, no external calls — though review and correction are fully real.
