EXPONENTIAL

An issue tracker a team runs its daily work on, built around AI agents connected over MCP. An agent analyses an issue and proposes options, a person makes the call, and commits, deploys and change notes land back on the issue. Open source, with a live demo.

• A kanban board, sprints with a review, sub-issues and blocking relations, with changes live in every open tab (Postgres LISTEN/NOTIFY and Server-Sent Events).
• An MCP server lets agents read and update issues on per-user tokens, and every agent action is marked in the history.
• Analysis comes in sections with decisions and a recommended option that a person picks; the choice goes into the prompt the agent starts work from.
• Commits link to issues by ID, deploy events arrive from a webhook, GitHub Deployments or Coolify, and human and technical change notes add up to the sprint review.

BUFFER

An always-on clip recorder and editor for Windows. It keeps the last minutes in the background and saves the moment that just happened with one hotkey, with game, voice chat and microphone on separate tracks. Installed through winget, with a self-updating installer.

• It records in the background (NVENC when the GPU has it) and saves an MP4 with one hotkey, with three separate audio tracks.
• A library sorted by game that stays smooth with thousands of clips, and an editor: trim, 16:9 crop, speed, per-track volume, export to Discord's size limit.
• Optional sound EQ, RGB lighting and fan curves, built on Equalizer APO, OpenRGB and LibreHardwareMonitor, installed only on request.
• Updates verified against Buffer's key, a 19 MB installer that asks nothing, and a UI in nine languages.

NAJEMNIK

A renter-side apartment-search workspace. It imports and normalizes offers, compares real monthly and move-in costs, maps locations, tracks where each listing stands, and fills in missing or ambiguous details with a local LLM.

SCOUT

An internal automation framework used daily by a fifteen-person KYC team at ING Bank Śląski. It started as a VBA reporting layer over Cognos and grew into a multi-layer pipeline spanning VBA, Python and SQL, with browser automation and internal API integrations tying the pieces together.

• An Excel front-end pulls and formats data from Cognos reporting.
• Automation pipelines chain VBA, Python and SQL to move and reconcile records.
• Selenium-driven browser workflows and internal REST and SharePoint integrations remove manual steps.
• A Chrome extension pulls VAT data live, and part of the VBA layer has since moved into a structured C# service.
